Zarko Research is not responsible for the comments of bloggers or forum participants and will generally not edit signed comments unless they are clearly illegal (credit card numbers, etc.) or threaten actual harm to an individual. Nonetheless, Zarko Research retains the full discretion to delete or retain such comments, and as a guest you grant Zarko Research a non-exclusive copyright license to their use once they are fixed or entered. If Zarko Research determines that any response or pattern of responses is not in the best interests of the proprietor, violates community standards, or otherwise violates the laws or customs where Zarko Research operates, they may be removed. Zarko Research makes no warranty as to the accuracy or import of responses here.

Zarko Research does however certify that the novel factual claims the author makes have been properly researched to the standards of journalistic ethics.

Zarko Research has become aware that some individuals have plagiarized the author's work for use as student papers.  Such plagiarism is unwise given the ability of search engines to catch it, from either end, and Zarko Research will cooperate with any such investigation.  Zarko Research charges 50 cents per word with a minimum $1000 dollar fee for writing published or unpublished manuscripts, and will consider legal remedy as so measured from anyone plagiarizing these works.
