Zarko Research & Consulting is a metro-Detroit, Michigan-based, political and marketing research, consulting, and publishing service, focusing on conservative, moderate, and liberty-minded candidates and other clients. Specialties include research, graphic and web-design, communications, public relations, public affairs, political consulting, and fundraising, with a particular focus on the use of technology in modern campaigns (such as critical absentee voter programs, providing solid voter lists, and putting it all together). It maintains an extensive archive of data.
 Chetly Zarko, the founder, is a freelance investigative writer who has directed the media, outreach, and the million dollar plus financial accounts of the statewide ballot initiative to end the use of race and gender preferences as a type of affirmative action. He has written opinion and investigative stories and been published by the Wall Street Journal, Michigan Bar Journal, and other regional outlets. His work has been discussed on Hannity & Colmes, in the National Review, by Nat Hentoff, Linda Chavez, and by scientists and policy research firms. In addition, he has constructed a number of websites, and praised in acclaimed statistical research.
Zarko utilizes a variety of technical resources and networks with an array of other experts with whom he maintains close relationships. He has served on the successful ballot initiative committee known as the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative as a Steering Committee member, then as the Treasurer, and was Director of Media Relations from 2004 - 2006. He also successfully helped elect current State Representative Marty Knollenberg (Troy, Clawson, MI; Republican) as his 2006 primary campaign manager and general election lead consultant.
